At Brand Stitch, every woven tapestry throw is made to order — crafted just for you when you place your order. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. During this time, your throw is being prepared and woven.
Shipping Time
Once processed, your order will ship and arrive within 7-9 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8-12 business days.
Important Notes
- Shipping times may vary slightly during high-demand periods (holidays, sales, new product launches)
- Some larger Orders may require additional handling time
- Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary based on your location and carrier delays
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or reach out to us at Sales@BrandStitchCo.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to United States only.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
- Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date if the issue isn't resolved
For packages significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your order.
