Return Policy
At Brand Stitch, every woven tapestry throw is made with care. We want you to love what you receive — but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we're here to help.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, OR
- You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered)
We do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, no longer wanted, color appears different than expected on screen, or wrong item ordered by the customer.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for paying a return shipping fee of $10. This fee must be paid before the return is processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at Sales@BrandStitchCo.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue (damaged or incorrect item)
- Photos showing the damage or the incorrect item received
We'll review your request within 2-3 business days and send you return instructions if approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer use, washing, or handling
- Items reported as missing or damaged but without photo documentation
